Your Private Residence Club When you purchase either a two- or three-bedroom ownership at The Reefs Club you receive an actual real estate deed for the property. Each Club Owner is conveyed a 1/10th undivided, deeded interest in one of the Club's fully furnished residences, and has flexible access to all residences within their residence category (two- or three-bedroom). Like other real estate, ownership may be sold, willed or transferred at any time. The Club operates much like any private equity golf country club and you can enjoy it the same way - as an equity owner and member. The Club is operated by management for the benefit of the owners - just like a private country club.
